I just realized today I never posted an 11 month picture of Abbie Grace...only 11 days and she will be a year old! Time flies!

Ian Diagnosis
We just got a call from the dr and praise God Ian has a hyper thyroid which has been causing him all of these problems. It all makes sense now which is such a huge answer to prayer. As many of you know Ian's energy level has increased incredibly in the past couple of months but we just thought this was how a 3 year old acted...thank the Lord there may be a light for us! Now we just pray the endocrinologist can get his medication right. We will keep you posted! Thanks for all of your prayers.

House

We are now proud homeowners again! We purchased a house about 3 miles from where we live now. We have an actual fenced in yard again...WOO HOO! We move on June 23rd in case anyone is in the area...ha ha! Movers are coming for the large items but we are going to move the small stuff and boxes by ourselves. For those of you who have not visited yet you will now have your very own bedroom and bathroom versus having to sleep in the bunk bed which is what our visitors have done for the past year! Please come visit!
On a different note, please keep little Ian in your prayers. He has been having some tummy problems that the drs can't seem to figure out yet. They have referred us to a pediatric GI specialist but we are not able to see him for a few weeks. We pray this will all clear up by then but it has been going on for about 6 weeks. It really hasn't slowed him down but he does complain that his back and tummy hurt. We joke that this could just be a ploy to keep from being potty trained...smart little guy, huh!

Myrtle Beach
We are on our first family vacation with both children in Myrtle Beach and started it off with a visit to the emergency room Saturday night. All is well but Ian fell in the tub when he was getting out and bit through his bottom lip. It is the end of bike week here so needless to say the ER was a little busy! By the time the dr saw Ian 3 hours later it had already started to close itself so no stiches were needed! Thank the Lord! So he is just on antibiotics for 10 days and has to eat lots of popsicles (apparently they have a healing effect on a mouth wound). Ian loves getting popsicles all the time! Here are some pics of our trip so far...

New Addition

For those of you we have not seen in a while we have big news: Baby #3 is on the way! The latest Baby Becker will be born around November 9th! I had my 13 week appointment today and we are both healthy and progressing well! This little one has kept me quite sick and tired! I am looking forward to the sickness going away soon but I don't think the tiredness will go away for around 18 years!
When we pray for the baby with Ian he calls it Abbie Grace since that is what is fresh in his mind! He's in for an awakening when another baby comes in the house and Abbie Grace is still here! Of course, Princess Abbie Grace, is clueless to this new baby. She is a mamma's girl though so it will be quite interesting in November!

White House Egg Roll
What an exciting Easter Monday we had today! Some wonderful (and young) friends of ours braved the 20 degree weather along with SNOW (yes, in April) on Saturday night and got us tickets for the White House Egg Roll. You have to stand in line for these free tickets but they are not given out until 7:30 Saturday morning and you have to get in line at 9:30 the prior night!
Basically the front lawn of the White House is turned into a huge play area for kids. They had the egg roll (kids roll an egg with a spoon across a finish line), magic shows, authors reading stories, concerts, egg hunts, face painting, and so much more for the little ones!
Beforehand we hung out in the ellipse, the area across the street from the White House, and had a great time there too. Here are a few pics from our day.
